Space Age Christmas anyone?

I'd love a space age christmas tree. Has anyone done a space age tree? Or Retro? Or Mid Century Modern? I think a white tree might be a good base and then decorate it with lots of retro baubles in bright colours. But for pure modernism with a sky high price tag you can't beat fashion designer Zaha Hadid's tree which apparently fetched $66,000 at a charity auction.  

Now that really is out of this world.
